Fish.
Click in the water to put fish food there. The fish will eat it.
Stingray.
Move your mouse up and down over the stingray's head. The sting ray will move either up or down.
Turtles.
The turtles will move away from your mouse. If you put it near the turtles head it will tuck it in.
